KONP Interview Features PAHS DECA Leadership students and Port Angeles School Board Director Sarah MethnerSeattle, Wash. – Radio KONP Radio host Todd Ortloff was joined by Port Angeles High School DECA Leadership students and Port Angeles School Board Director Sarah Methner on September 19, 2017.

DECA stands for Distributive Education Clubs of America.  DECA prepares emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management. DECA Leadership students Aeverie Politika (DECA President), Hayden Woods (vice president of Customer Relations) and Josie Ciaciuch (vice president of Communications) talked about their club’s Community Service Project – Thanksgiving baskets, as well as the Drive One 4 Your School fundraiser taking place at Port Angeles High School on Sunday, October 1.

Jennifer Rogers, Marketing Instructor at PAHS, is the DECA Advisor.

Port Angeles School District School Board Director Sarah Methner discussed facilities issues.
